Nader Nemati is a proven executive with more than 30 years of expanding operations, sales, information technology, mergers / acquisitions and product management roles in Fortune-50, mid-market and start-up companies. Nader was the co-founder and CEO of CompuNet eBusiness Group, Inc., a successful and profitable software development and consulting company based in Irvine, CA. The company was focused on hospitality and retail solutions later acquired by one of the largest global enterprise application companies called Epicor Software, where he started the Global Hospitality vertical which expanded into one of the largest hospitality practices and solution offerings. Nader has also been an advisory board member for several midmarket manufacturing, hospitality and IT services companies resulting in several billion dollars in merger and acquisition transactions. Nader’s current role is the Chief Information Officer at QTC – Leidos where he has been a key executive team member in the growth and acquisition of QTC initially by Lockheed Martin resulting in the launch of the initial Lockheed Martin Healthcare division and subsequent merger into Leidos, the largest IT government contracting company with combined revenues over $10B. Nader has also held management level positions at several previous Fortune 50 companies including Sears & Roebuck and AlliedSignal in all major geographical regions around the world and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems. He also serves as a volunteer with SCORE working with The Small Business Administration (SBA) helping business owners align their objectives with key technologies.
